 Today we are having a special girls day. Massage chairs, painting nails, music and baking!

Christmas Magic Makers

 I had an amazing time at the Christmas Magic Makers shop in Te Puke. I can’t wait to go back!

 I am enjoying using the eye masks 🎭. They make me feel very relaxed. 

Sing a long

 This afternoon I joined the music session. Cheryl brought her ukelele in to play for us. We had a sing a long with Cheryl.

Seeing my drama friend's

 Today i enjoyed seeing all  friends from tepuke and wilrose at drama. We played some games and talked about our next play we will be doing. It will be a Christmas play.

Floral Artwork

 Today I am enjoying finishing up our floral artwork. We are going to hang it up on the wall at Arohanui.

Latin Dance!

  Today we were very lucky to have some Latin dance experts come to show us a variation of different dances. It was so fun!

Marshall’s Animal Farm

 I had an amazing time at Marshall’s Animal 🦔 Farm. I loved feeding and petting the animals.

Sweet smell

 I am enjoying making a sweet smelling posie for my mum and for my dolls Melissa and Louie.

Cafe trip!

 I had such a fun time on our girls cafe trip this morning.

Highland fling!

 Today we were very lucky to have some dancers come to do the highland fling for us at the centre. A mixture of Irish and Scottish traditional dances and songs. They were so talented and the costumes were beautiful.

Happy birthday to me!

 its my birthday today! I had a chocolate cupcake and then played pass the parcel with all my friends. 

Sensory

 today in sensory I enjoyed making scented salt dough. It was slimy to mix with my fingers! I chose to add rose oils mine. It smelt lovely like flowers. I then enjoyed making various shapes with it.

Flowers 💐

 Today I wrapped beautiful flowers up in Ribbon. I am excited to bring them home!

Pamper

Today I had my nails painted in girls group. I chose the colour red.

BBQ

 I am enjoying the beautiful sun 🌞 at our BBQ.

making progress

I love doing arts and crafts and I'm making good progress on my rug making. I work hard at staying focused and I'm very happy.

Plummers point

I had a blast on the Plummers Point trip. Even though the rain cut it short, we still managed to have a picnic lunch next to the Marae and collected heaps of oranges, grapefruit and tangelos which we turned into juice.

Woodwork

Working hard on louie's table just have to do a final coat and I'll be able to take it home for him.

Hooked on rugs

In Arts and Crafts I am trying my hand at making a latch hooked cushion. It is helping me with keeping focussed!

MY CRYSTALS

Today in nature studies we looked at the crystals that we grew in an experiment last week. We tipped the blue water out of my container and blue crystals  had grown at the bottom. Crystals has escaped the containers and grew over a paper towel underneath. I loved that! What a surprise!

Making Crystals

We had a lot of fun studying Crystals and fossils in Nature studies. we did an experiment using a crystal making kit and are trying to grow our own crystals. Next week we will see how hey have grown.

Cat mask

Today I finished putting the details onto my cat face mask. I am so happy to have completed my goal. It looks so cool.
