What a lovely day to be out in the sunshine. We had morning tea and then explored the park looking at all the lovely art work.DG

 I love the furry feel of pipe cleaners, I used them for my cat collage to make wiskers. TA

I did really well using the chatter rings today. I had them spinning for such a long time. EB

 Fun with my friends in circability and I Mastered the chatter ring and had it going for a little bit. -MN

 It was relaxing painting my shells for my wreath that I'm working on. TA

 Finishing up our road safety lesson and I crossed the road with some help. ER

Ocean Clean Up

Today in Sensory we did an ocean clean up theme. We had trays of sand and blue orbees. There was lots of rubbish all over the beach which we had to clean up. We also rescued the different animals.

We read the book Dear Earth about the environment and what we can do to look after the planet. 

RDA

 

A great effort today by the team. We filled three bags of weeds. The front garden is looking awesome.

Ice Cream art piece

Today I had an arts and crafts session with Fiona and Carise and we decided to do an ice cream cone art piece. We used different mediums including cardboard, yarn and paint to create our cones. Once we had each finished our own unique cone we put them together on a funky background. I am hungry now!
